Robin Campillo’s ‘BPM’ Records Solid Opening Weekend in New York

Robin Campillo’s AIDS crisis drama BPM has earned a solid $4300 per screen average over its opening weekend in New York.

BPM has impressed audiences, festival juries and critics alike since its debut at Cannes earlier this year, where it won the FIPRESCI Prize. The film is Robin’s third feature after his 2013’s Eastern Boys and 2004’s They Came Back.
