Bill Watterson’s First Feature ‘Dave Made a Maze’ Opens in LA

Dave Made a Maze, the Slamdance-winning first feature from actor and director Bill Watterson (pictured) opens today in Los Angeles at the Laemmle in Santa Monica.

Dave Made a Maze is about “Dave, an artist who has yet to complete anything significant in his career, builds a fort in his living room out of pure frustration, only to wind up trapped by the fantastical pitfalls, booby traps, and critters of his own creation”. The film won important accolades in 2017 such as the Slamdance Audience Award, the One in a Million Award at Sun Valley and further audience awards at the Boston and Calgary underground film festivals.
