#screensparks: Canadian Hot Docs Festival Announces 2017 Lineup

The program for the 2017 Hot Docs Canadian International Documentary Festival was announced this week. The event is the 24th edition of North America’s largest documentary festival and takes place between April 27 to May 7 in Toronto. The festival involves a total of 13 screening programs such as Canadian Spectrum, International Spectrum, Made In Japan and Nightvision.

The world premiere of Bee Nation from Lana Šlezić will open the festival, which follows students in Saskatchewan who compete in the first province-wide spelling bee.
