#screensparks: terence nance wows new york film festival goers

In a follow up to last year’s Swimming in Your Skin, director Terence Nance’s rise as a unique and highly original filmmaker continues with his latest short Univitellin making a solid impression at last week’s New York Film Festival screenings. The 15-minute short is an unconventional take on the Romeo & Juliet tale, where two people struggle with young love in the French port city of Marseilles. Univitellin saw festival pickups in LA and Rotterdam fests this summer.
